Walk Out through the Land the Time Forgot - Outrageously stunning

Course Ends 2-3pm

The course starts with a breathtaking walk along a magnificent ridge followed by a trek down to the woodland over looking a beautiful loch.  The course is designed to teach and test you on true wilderness survival, many fire lighting techniques, search and rescue patterns, helicopter landing sites, map reading, spoon carving, charcloth making, casualty evacuation, game preparation and water purification.

The course finishes with the trek out.  The route takes you through a place that we call 'the land that time forgot'.  When you walk through the gorge you'll see what we mean.  This is the highlands at its best.  The screech and calls of the eagles overhead, the clambering over huge rocks and the decent down to the streams and waterfalls below make you want to stay forever.

One of the must do's in ones life!!

I had an amazing week with a group of great people. Jonny, Dan and Richard are brilliant instructors that made the experience a lot of fun. They are so full of knowledge and passionate about it that every day we spent in our outdoor classroom, were the best days I ever had in a "classroom" All in all it was brilliant and one of those experiences I would recommend everyone has in their life. Thanks boys ;-)

Extreme survival course 2014

I have recently returned from the 2014 extreme survival course in Scotland. This was one of the best experiences of my life so far! The location was stunning. I was privileged to spend time in the company of skilful, enthusiastic fellow course members. The training staff were vastly knowledgeable, highly motivated and brilliantly fun to be with. I would love to spend time with these people again. The week was challenging and ultimately highly rewarding. This course is highly recommended

Extreme Course 2014

What an amazing week !, so much learnt from the instructors. The whole course and the way its run was faultless, and I myself have thousands of hours of outdoor sports instruction behind me, and pick up on disorder. The whole team are super passionate about there field, and very happy to help further if questions are asked. Its my 2nd course with Survival School and will definitely be back for more. Many Thanks to all of you.

Extreme Survival Course

Hi Jonny The course was fantastic and thank you so much for the opportunity to do it. The walk in was one of the hardest things I have ever done but you all helped me through it and I can't thank you enough. It is a shame I did not get the chance to talk to you more. Thanks again Jonny, it was such a great experience and I will definitely be on a lot more of your courses in the future. Domonic
